Hidden Depths - Kana

Kana is a ninja of the Hidden Depths Village.

Tending to prefer ranged attacks, Kana is highly skilled at the Iron Water Jutsu, but her true gift lay in infiltration. Kana has a unique trait to blend into her surroundings. In shadows she can fade into almost invisibility, in water, she can disappear so completely that even her fellow squad members, Ame and Yuki can't perceive her location.

On her first mission against the Hidden Leaf, Kana was killed in action by a leaf Jonin, beleived to be the student of the Hokage herself. She was revived by use of the Umikagae's strange 'Life Waters' technique. This means that while Kana's body has re-animated, her will is not entirely her own. The Umikage, or her lieutenants can seize complete control of Kana at will, though that fades considerably with distance.

Her death at the hands of the leaf kunoichi has also given rise to a furious desire for vengeance. Kana, is a skilled huntress, and likes to play with her prey before finally killing them. The personal struggle between the two warriors will can only end with the final death of one.
